Great Bread Pan

I used my new pan last night with my sourdough bread. It worked great. I oiled the pan and put the dough in and let it rise. The bread baked evenly, and it popped right out of the pan without hesitation. There wasn’t any bread stuck to the pan, unlike the glass loaf pan I last used, where it stuck in the pan. I recommend these pans to everyone who doesn’t want to use cast iron, which I also have and use. I also got the apron, which is great as well. I love that it fits “you”, not who they think you should be. Thank you.
