The Homestead Fam Digital Kitchen Scale

If you bake sourdough you already know that cups don't cut it. A cup of flour can vary by 30 grams depending on how you scoop it, and bread recipes are written in weights for a reason.

This one sits flat on the counter in a bamboo-style finish that doesn't look like an appliance, and at 2.1 cm thick it slides behind the crock or stands on its edge in a cupboard when you're done.

Why you'll love it

• Designed for accurate baking and cooking measurements
• Compact 20 x 20 cm footprint, only 2.1 cm thick
• Bamboo-style finish that suits a kitchen counter
• Stores flat or upright — no drawer needed
• Wipe clean with a dry cloth; do not submerge in water
