The Homestead Fam Silicone Baking Mats - Set of 3

The last roll of parchment you'll need to buy. Lay a mat on the tray, bake, wash, repeat. Cookies lift straight off, and so does everything else that would otherwise weld itself to the pan.

Three to a set, so you can keep a rotation going through a batch bake rather than waiting for one tray to cool. They roll up to store instead of claiming a drawer of their own.

Why you'll love them

• Non-stick surface — easy release without greasing the tray
• Set of three for back-to-back tray bakes
• Doubles as a clean surface for rolling and kneading
• Rolls up small for storage
• Wash with warm soapy water
